TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Almarkaz Security. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cybersecurity services, including but not limited to consultation, penetration testing, mobile security, incident response, managed security services, insider threat management, red teaming, and blue teaming (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Almarkaz Security offers a range of cybersecurity solutions tailored to protect your digital infrastructure. Services are provided based on scope, duration, and engagement terms as agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

2. Confidentiality

All data, reports, and information shared during engagements are treated as confidential. Almarkaz Security will not disclose client data to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and necessary access for Almarkaz Security to perform agreed-upon services. Failure to do so may result in delays or incomplete assessments.

4. Service Fees and Payment

Fees are based on the service type and duration. Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement and must be honored to ensure continuity of service.

5. Limitations of Liability

While Almarkaz Security employs industry best practices, no system is immune to all threats. We are not liable for damages arising from undetected vulnerabilities or incidents outside our control.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms of the individual engagement. In the event of early termination, clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Intellectual Property

All tools, scripts, and methodologies used by Almarkaz Security remain our intellectual property unless explicitly stated otherwise. Deliverables tailored for clients become their property upon full payment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Qatari courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
